As long as your item(s) were purchased from void-athletics.com and are still in their original condition, you have up to 14 days from the day you receive the order, to return your item back to us!

• Returns Period: Exchanges or refunds can be made for items that have not been worn, used or damaged within 14 days after you receive the order. (per EU Consumer Rights Directive).
• Return Shipping (within Greece): No additional costs to the customer for the first Return (faulty or damaged item(s) excepted). Returns will be processed through ACS Courier.
• Return Shipping (Europe & Rest Of the World): There will be charges depending on the zone your country belongs to. Countries are listed to the table below. (faulty or damaged item(s) excepted). Returns will be processed through Dhl Express (express delivery service). Excel 
• Refunds: All items will be inspected by our company to ensure they are in their original condition. Once the eligibility of the items is confirmed, refunds will be processed within 1–7 business days from the date we receive the returned products.”
• Non-returnable items: Gift cards, final-sale items. Worn Gymwear, all Underwear & Swimwear, all Bottles (for hygiene reasons). Socks can be returned only if they are sealed in their original packaging.
